I do really recommend getting to one of Tommy's seminars if you can, he has so much to teach all of us, and what he does is substantially generic so should integrate with your Karate as well as it does with my Kempo Jiu Jitsu. He also is bang up to date on latest crime rates and patterns, which is very worth hearing on this seminar.
